Success Hands Tanzania Initiative (SHI) is a non-profit organization that aims to increase quality education by creating reading culture, unleash their potential talents, fight gender-based violence and advocate their rights. Success Hands Tanzania Initiative is registered under the NGOs Act No.24/2002 with registration No. 00NGO/R/1866. The organization has great passion and love to help marginalized community and unspoken agenda that have impact in the community.

We have heard the terms “Nipe nikupe, Nitunze nikutunze” this hits different when it comes to climate change and environment conservation. The more we neglect climate issues, the more of a climate crisis.
In an era where the digital landscape is as vast as the imagination, empowering our young ones with digital literacy is not just a choice; it’s a necessity. It is important for the coming generation to be technological friendly in a manner that can yield positive impact.
Many might agree with us that leadership for children starts in the early age of 3 years old when they are playing with the neighbor’s children. The act of one, starting a game and mobilizing for who should be next in turn reflects the role of leadership in our everyday lives.
